Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: At Comfort Pillow, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and efficient order processing. In order to ensure timely processing of orders, we kindly ask that any change or cancellation requests be submitted within 5-10 hours of placing your order. A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for production/handling time which will process within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing day.

A: We process orders 1-3 days after purchase and ship them to you. If your tracking number doesn't work after 5 days, please contact us at info@comfortpillow.us, and we will personally track down your order for you.

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

A: If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact your shipment carrier immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. Comfort pillow is not liable for any packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you purchased an incorrect item, simply purchase the correct item. Once the incorrect item has been delivered, send it back to us, and we will issue a full refund.

 

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
